For stays shorter then a week you have to look at the price per night (for ex. SINGLE ROOM 1 night) multiplied by the nights of the stay of the client;

For stays between 1 and 2 weeks you have to look at the price in parenthesis by 1 week multiplied by the nights of the stay of the client;

For stays between 2 and 3 weeks you have to look at the price in parenthesis by 2 weeks multiplied by the nights of the stay of the client;

For stays between 3 and 4 weeks you have to look at the price in parenthesis by 3 week multiplied by the nights of the stay of the client;

For stays longer then a month you have to look at the price in parenthesis by 1 month multiplied by the nights of the stay of the client;

With "very high-season" we mean extra long week-ends, festivities, feasts, events of the city (for ex. Festivals and fairs); moreover the saturadays of high-season for stays of one only night.
New Year's Day is an exception.
For these reasons the price list has to be considered approximate (actual prices can be lightly higher but also lower than those written on the list), but in any case the exact price will be told you as soon as you will show us your interest.
Each extra added bed costs 20 euro per night.
Children are free or with lower prices.
