How to get to us:
By airplane :
Once arrived at Florence airport, called “Amerigo Vespucci”, you just need to take a
bus
or a taxi to the Central Railway Station of Florence, called
“Santa Maria Novella”. There you have to take bus number
1B
(see
the map) direction VIA BOCCACCIO
(it is usually written also upon the head of the bus), and simply get
down by the terminus around 15 minutes later. The terminus,
as said, is called “Boccaccio” like the B&B. When you
get down, just walk back few meters (about 50 mt) in the direction from
which the bus has come, and you will be in Via Cino da Pistoia: by
number 23 there is Affittacamere Boccaccio.
By train :
When you get down in Florence SMN (the main Railway Station of
Florence, called “Santa Maria Novella”) from the train,
whatever track you get down, just go to the
exit on your left. There you will find 2 bus stops: one of those is of bus 1. Wait there for bus number 1B
direction VIA BOCCACCIO
(it is usually written also upon the head of the bus), and get down
simply by the terminus (called Boccaccio, as said), around 15 minutes
later. When you get down, just walk back few meters (about 50 mt) in
the direction from which the bus has come, and you will be in Via Cino
da Pistoia: by number 23 there is Affittacamere Boccaccio.
A piece of advice: when you get down in SMN Station, you should
immediately buy some bus tickets, because if you buy it on the bus it
has a double price!
By car :
Coming from the motorway (both “Firenze Nord” or
“Firenze Sud”) ,you have to follow the roadsigns to the
stadium/ Campo di Marte; when you will be in that area you will find
and follow roadsigns to “piazza delle Cure”. Arriving in this square you are obliged to turn on your right in viale dei Mille: turn then the first street on your left and go straight on
for 200 meters untill a crossroads (you will see a shop of yogurt on
your right and a bar in front of you). By this crossroads you have to
turn on the left and then immediately on the right:
this is via Maffei. You have to run along it till the end, where you
will find via Cino da Pistoia 23 and our Bed&Breakfast..
