HOW TO BOOK
To book a room is very simple: first you have to communicate it to us
through an e-mail or a telephone-call: you will immediately receive an
answer in confirmation of your booking, in case the room is still
available.
Then you will be asked to tell us your name, your cellular number for
any eventual communication, and your time-arrival (very important);
finally to send us through bank transmission an advance of 20% of the
total cost of the sojourn you are going to book, as guarantee of
reciprocal earnest.
In case of cancellation what about the money you have sent us as advance?
You will entirely receive back the money if you inform us before a week
before the beginning date of your stay; you will not receive back
money if you inform us after a week before the beginning date of your
stay.
